Welcome to 247 Garden Shop. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of products purchased on our website (www.247gardenshop.com.au). By making a purchase from our store, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Dispatch and Delivery Times

Delivery time only starts after customers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse, usually within 1-2 working days after receipt of cleared payment.

  • For customers in Victoria: approximately 3-8 working days.
  • For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD: approximately 5-10 working days.
  • For customers in WA, NT, and TAS: approximately 7-14 working days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as location, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

2. Delivery Partners

We work with various courier partners to deliver your orders efficiently. However, neither our delivery partners nor ourselves can guarantee delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something under our control.

3. Undeliverable Packages

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email to arrange for re-delivery or refund.

4. Inaccurate Address

If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned to us, a customer care team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

5. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt

If you are not present when the order is delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in the mailbox to pick up your parcel at your local post office. For items delivered by Aramex or Allied Express, arrangements will be made in advance to deliver your item at your convenience. A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home at the arranged time.

6. Rejected by Receiver

If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver is aware to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if the parcel has to be resent due to rejection by the receiver.

7. Delayed Delivery

The expected delivery time provided by each courier partner is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons beyond our control. If you do not receive your item within ten business days, kindly contact our customer service team for assistance.

8. Undeliverable Postcodes

While we strive to deliver to as many areas as possible, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverable for some SKUs. An extra shipping fee may be charged for certain supplier SKUs if the order can be delivered. Orders with no shipment service to undeliverable postcodes will be cancelled and refunded automatically with email notification. Please contact your account manager for more information if you require delivery to remote areas.

9. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Australia.

10. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
