3. Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes issues may arise. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection to verify the fault or error. If the item is deemed to be faulty or incorrect, we will process a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment within 10 business days of approval.

4. Returns for Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, we understand. We offer returns for change of mind within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. Please note that change of mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund for the purchase price minus the restocking fee and original shipping cost. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of approval.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible for both faulty/incorrect items and change of mind returns. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange process. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping for exchanges.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
